Rosanna advises clients on renewable energy transactions with a focus on project development matters.
Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Rosanna was an environmental associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she advised private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and other clients on environmental aspects of mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions. Her experience includes environmental due diligence, allocation of environmental liabilities, negotiation of environmental provisions in transaction agreements, and advising on developments under federal and state environmental laws.
Rosanna draws on her transactional and environmental experience to support the development and growth of clean energy projects.
Outside of work, Rosanna enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, traveling and exploring new places, and baking bread.
