  • Diligenced site control documents for a portfolio of 450 MW of stand-alone storage facilities in Texas in various stages of pre-NTP development, negotiating all curative documents and the title commitment.

  • Served as real estate counsel for a stand-alone utility-scale storage developer, supporting site control, curative work, financing, and sale for over 1 GW of storage assets across CA, NY, IL, MA, MD, and TX.

  • Negotiated lease agreements for over 30,000 acres / 900+ MW wind farm in Montana.

  • Counseled renewable energy developer in evaluating a proposed acquisition of a 400+ MW development-stage wind project in Texas.
