Clean Energy Counsel Advises on $857M Financing to Power 149 MW Distributed Solar Portfolio Across Five States

Clean Energy Counsel recently represented Advantage Capital in its tax equity investment with Dimension Energy to accelerate the growth of its distributed solar platform as part of a $857 million financing. This includes a $200 million corporate facility upsize and $657 million to advance a 149 MW distributed energy portfolio across five states.
