Brent advises developers, investors, and purchasers of renewable energy assets on a broad range of transactions with a focus on the tax equity financing of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage. He has served as the corporate deal lead on more than $2.4 billion of tax equity financings supporting the deployment of over 2.4 gigawatts of wind, solar, and battery energy storage capacity across North America.
As an avid conservationist, Brent has also played key leadership roles on conservation initiatives throughout the West, serving as the Executive Director of the San Juan Mountains Association in Durango, Colorado, and the Deputy Policy Director of the California Wilderness Coalition.
