Anastasia is passionate about preserving our environment for future generations by assisting clients who are leading the clean energy transition.
As a clean energy attorney, Anastasia represents both buy and sell-side clients in renewable asset purchase and sale transactions, and assists clients with project development and operational matters, including joint venture formation and drafting/negotiating construction, operating and offtake agreements for a variety of renewable asset types. Anastasia also has experience representing clients in renewable project debt and tax equity financing transactions.
Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Anastasia worked as a senior associate in the Energy Transactions and Projects group of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P, where she represented various developers, investors and financing parties in renewable energy mergers and acquisitions, project development and financing transactions.
Anastasia was recognized as a Super Lawyers 2024 Southern California Rising Star. In her free time, Anastasia enjoys hiking, attending concerts and sporting events and spending time with her family.
