Sven Kaludzinski
Attorney

Renewable energy attorney Sven Kaludzinski first discovered his passion for protecting the planet as a teenager in Europe, during the birth of that continent’s green movement. He started his career in financial risk management, subsequently shifting to the non-profit sector. Sven began practicing law as a project finance associate at a prominent Los Angeles firm back in 2007.

Initially, Sven’s legal work focused on large scale wind and solar project financings. He grew to develop expertise in residential solar and related financings, and in consumer regulatory matters as the head of legal (residential) for a large publicly traded solar company. As the former general counsel of a prominent PACE administrator, Sven also has extensive experience with commercial and residential PACE financings.

Sven co-founded a non-profit educational organization in New York and opened an office for another education-focused non-profit in Massachusetts. He’s worked for two large European investment banks, held two general counsel positions, and another as head of legal.

Sven serves on the board of T.E.N. Global, which offers onsite literacy programs for children in rural Haiti. He enjoys listening to (and reading about) jazz, running, and watching professional soccer games—Werder Bremen is the team he supports.
