Michael’s love of the outdoors and concern for climate change led him to develop a desire to protect our environment and help create sustainable energy solutions for the future.
Michael has legal experience representing buyers and sellers across a broad range of transactions concerning the ownership, construction, operation, and sale of renewable energy projects and related transmission assets. He has also advised clients on issues related to the purchase of renewable energy credits and has experience reviewing and drafting project documents to assist in his client’s deals.
In his off hours, Michael can often be found playing flag football, skiing, and taking road trips with his family.
