Director of Finance
LaKishia White brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, with a focus on building efficient, transparent, and scalable financial operations. She is known for her collaborative approach and her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights that support both daily operations and long-term decision-making.
At Clean Energy Counsel, LaKishia oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and reporting. She partners closely with leadership and attorneys to strengthen financial visibility, support growth, and ensure processes are consistent and easy to navigate, while supporting the firm’s work in advancing clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.
Prior to joining the firm, LaKishia held leadership roles in both legal and financial institutions, including serving as Vice President and Controller at a $675 million financial institution, and began her career in public accounting.
Outside of work, LaKishia enjoys spending time with her family and finding opportunities to relax and recharge.
