Kristen Berry
Attorney

As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, Kristen is passionate about preserving our natural environment and working on projects that will spearhead the energy transition. She has experience representing renewable energy developers and investors, all of whom are working toward a sustainable future.

Kristen advises clients on a broad range of issues related to renewable energy utility-scale, C&I, and distributed resource project development via the negotiation of power purchase agreements and various offtake arrangements (i.e., energy, capacity, and context-specific dispatch parameters), EPC and O&M agreements, renewable energy certificate purchase and sale agreements, virtual power purchase agreements and various hedging arrangements, energy services agreements, equipment supply and services agreements, build-transfer agreements, and electric vehicle charging and attendant master services agreements. Over the past several years, Kristen has assisted clients in developing several gigawatts of utility-scale, C&I, and distributed resource solar, wind, and storage projects throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Kristen practiced renewable energy project development at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and K&L Gates LLP.
