Jordan, a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, has witnessed the devastating effects of climate change firsthand. This experience shaped his career, driving him to advance clean energy as a way to avert climate catastrophe.
As part of the Clean Energy Counsel team, Jordan has acted as lead finance counsel to leading IPPs and lenders on construction, bridge, and term debt financing of gigawatts of grid-scale and distributed renewable energy project financings, debt and equity development capital facilities, corporate financings, project and portfolio M&A, and a variety of project development structures and agreement types. Jordan’s background includes both domestic and cross-border finance work on a variety of project-, equipment-, and technology-types, acting as both lender- and developer-side counsel.
