Jordan is an experienced finance lawyer who has spent most of his career representing lenders, investors, developers and sponsors in complex, cross-border transactions, with a focus on energy and infrastructure projects financed by multilateral institutions, development banks and export credit agencies.
Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, he was a Senior Associate in the Washington, DC office of Hogan Lovells, a global law firm. Jordan’s sector experience spans energy (including LNG, solar and hydroelectric power), infrastructure, telecommunications, and aviation. Jordan has extensive experience drafting and negotiating investment and project documents including credit and security agreements, direct agreements, finance and operating leases, equity purchase and sale agreements, warrants, operating and management agreements, O&M, EPC and other service agreements and power purchase agreements.
A fluent Spanish speaker, Jordan has spent years living and working in Latin America, including as a Fulbright scholar to Colombia during law school.
