Heather Pierce joined Clean Energy Counsel with a strong belief in the power of clean energy to create a better future. She brings over 20 years of legal industry experience and a proven track record of making organizations run more efficiently, equitably, and effectively.
At Clean Energy Counsel, Heather leads the firm’s marketing efforts, overseeing RFP submissions, webinars, and client alerts to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with clients and industry partners. She has implemented and manages many of the internal systems that keep the firm organized and operating smoothly, and she was instrumental in rolling out the 360º employee evaluation process to support a culture of transparency and growth.
Heather also contributes meaningfully to the firm’s Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives, including co-developing the firm’s JEDI survey and report. Her work in securing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for firm programming further reflects her commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Deeply passionate about social justice, Heather is always looking for ways to support others and foster positive change. Outside of work, she enjoys entertaining, relaxing near the water, and spending time with her family.
