Gabbie Hindera
Attorney
Gabbie developed a lifelong appreciation for the environment and its conservation through her exploration of America’s many national parks in her childhood. She brought this passion back with her to her home state of Texas, where she continues to find endless inspiration in its own unique ecosystems, landscapes and animals. As an Austin native who experienced the city’s growth as a global technological hub, she saw firsthand how innovation and industry can impact the natural beauty surrounding her. Gabbie’s lifelong desire to play a role in the preservation of the natural environment she has experienced has driven Gabbie to pursue a career in clean energy, where she now advises public and private companies on the complex transactions that are actively driving the energy transition.
Gabbie counsels clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and investments within the renewable energy sector. Her practice covers a full project lifecycle, from the initial formation of project entities and the structuring of joint ventures and reorganizations to the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, service agreements, and other project contracts. Beyond this, she regularly assists clients on general corporate matters, including entity formations, corporate governance issues, and the drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts.
In her free time, Gabbie stays connected to the Texas wilderness by hiking through the Hill Country and finding new walking trails around Austin with her dog, Winnie.
