Senior Paralegal & Office Manager
Cynthia has over 17 years of experience as a paralegal, much of it as Senior Corporate Paralegal at a large national law firm in San Francisco, where she managed closings and other aspects of large leasing, financing, real estate and M&A transactions, primarily for energy industry clients. She has extensive expertise in corporate organizational matters, record keeping and transactional coordination and management.
Cynthia has served on the Board of her children’s pre-school and on the Site Council of their elementary school. She is currently a Girl Scout leader to a group of 5th graders she has led since kindergarten and a Board Member of the Martinez Education Foundation, the Martinez Citizens Oversight Committee for Measure C, and the John Swett Elementary PTA.
Cynthia is enthusiastic about the little things and big things in life and believes in mindfully living in the present to soak up the moment. She is excited to dedicate her contagious energy and enthusiasm to helping clean energy companies secure a brighter future for our next generation.
