Annie loves being able to support the mitigation of climate change with her work. She is passionate about building a more sustainable way of life that promotes the health of the ecosphere.
Annie’s practice is focused on representing sponsors and developers in financing utility-scale and distributed-generation renewable energy projects, with an emphasis on tax equity, debt, and tax credit transfers. She is experienced in supporting financing transactions for solar, wind, and battery storage projects and portfolios. Prior to joining Clean Energy Counsel, Annie was an Associate in the Energy and Infrastructure team of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP.
When not at work, Annie enjoys painting, wandering, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
Annie is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
