Anisha’s love for spending time in nature led her to develop a passion in shaping a clean, green, and sustainable environment.
Anisha has legal experience representing various purchasers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate and financing transactions alongside working with municipalities to understand environmental and city regulations for her clients. She also has extensive experience in leasing, title, survey, and zoning matters and general document drafting to support various aspects of her client’s deals.
Prior to pursuing her legal passion, she was a project manager and supported merger, acquisition and divestiture processes in the U.S. and UK by assessing pre-deal due diligence practices for an international company. Her experiences working abroad, and on both the business and legal sides of a transaction puts her in a unique position to understand the needs of her clients, analyze the legal implications and advise effectively.
In her free time, Anisha enjoys spending time outside running and hiking with her rescue puppy. Her hobbies include fostering dogs, reading, traveling and baking.
